25% of qualifying
net subscription revenue.
Commission is earned only when a referred customer actually pays for Memory Temple+. Eligibility covers their first 12 paid subscription periods, which do not need to be consecutive.
Qualifying net subscription revenue means the money Illimitable AI actually receives after applicable tax, app-store or payment fees, refunds and chargebacks.
Paid periods count. Free periods don’t.
If a referral pays for four periods, you earn commission for those four periods only. If they then stay Free, commission is £0 during that time. If they later resubscribe, up to eight eligible paid periods remain. After 12 paid periods in total, commission eligibility ends.
What counts as a qualifying referral?
- The customer is attributed to your unique tracked referral link under the programme’s terms.
- They make a qualifying Memory Temple+ subscription payment.
- The payment falls within their first 12 paid subscription periods.
- The payment has not been refunded or charged back.
Installs, registrations, Free users and free trials generate £0 cash commission.
Payments and refunds
- The current payout threshold is £25.
- Payouts are initially handled monthly, once eligible commission reaches the threshold.
- Refunded or charged-back payments do not generate commission and may reverse previously accrued commission.
- Partners are responsible for their own tax obligations.
- Participation provides no equity and is not employment.

Is this 25% of the £7.99 subscription price?
No. It is 25% of qualifying net subscription revenue: what Illimitable AI actually receives after applicable tax, app-store or payment fees, refunds and chargebacks. The amount can vary.
What if someone cancels and later returns?
You earn only for periods they actually pay. Free periods and gaps do not earn commission. If they resubscribe before completing their first 12 paid subscription periods, commission resumes for the remaining eligible paid periods.
Does an install, Free account or trial earn commission?
No. Installs, registrations, Free use and trials generate £0 cash commission. A qualifying paid Memory Temple+ subscription period is required.
Is commission paid for life?
No. Eligibility ends after the referred customer’s first 12 paid subscription periods. Those periods do not need to be consecutive.
When are payouts made?
Payouts are initially handled monthly, with a current £25 payout threshold. Tracking and payout arrangements will be confirmed before you join. Refunded or charged-back payments are excluded and may reverse previously accrued commission.
Will my application be accepted automatically?
No. We review expressions of interest individually, looking for an audience and approach that fit Memory Temple. Applying does not guarantee acceptance.
Do partners need to get positive Google Play reviews?
No. Commission is based on qualifying paid subscriptions, not reviews or ratings. The programme does not reward positive Google Play reviews.
