BRING YOUR MEMORIES

Your memories already have a story.

Prepare the photos and videos you already have, so they can sit alongside the memories you make next. Start with a few favourites or get a larger collection ready.

Where are your photos today?

These guides explain downloading copies and preparing files. No direct connection to Google Photos or Amazon Photos is needed or offered.

Take your time. Keep your copies.

For a large desktop import, keep the browser open and the computer awake. Closing the browser or letting the computer sleep stops progress; uploading does not continue in the background.

If interrupted, return to the import area and reselect the same source files or folder. The source must be checked before saved progress can be reused.

Review available account storage before starting. Check the completed import report and open representative originals before deleting any source copies. There is no need to rush this last step.

Make room before you start.

Review your current usage and remaining allowance. Storage is separate from Plus features and Limi credits; larger packages are planned and are not activated by this website.

A few reassuring answers.

Can I upload ZIP files directly?

Extract archives on your computer first, then select the files or extracted folder. The initial desktop import does not unpack ZIPs.

Will this remove my old library?

Preparing and importing downloaded copies does not delete your source library. Keep those copies until you have checked the finished import.

Will every album and date transfer?

Only information present in your files and recognised metadata can be used where supported. Complete album, date or metadata preservation is not guaranteed. Review the report for items needing attention.

How large a collection can I bring?

Your available account storage limits how much can be saved. The largest planned storage tier is not a verified import size or transfer guarantee. Start with a small selection when imports open.
