Choose the audience before the files
Decide who needs to see this moment. A private family experience does not need to become a public post.

Keep the story brief and useful
Add the date, people and what happened. Explain a detail that would be unclear to someone who was not there.

Check the media and background
Review faces, names, locations and private details visible in a photo. Ask where appropriate before sharing someone else’s personal experience.

Review the access you grant
Use the controls for the specific memory or link. Do not assume that adding a Person shares everything. Remember that a recipient may save a copy you cannot later retrieve.
Share a selected memory with its context, rather than only sending a disconnected file.
Private share links
Use supported sharing controls and manage access deliberately. Link access is not a guarantee against someone saving a copy.

Does connecting with someone share all my memories?
No. Content access is granted separately through supported sharing controls. Review the access on the particular content you intend to share.
Can I take back a photo someone has already saved?
Revoking access can stop future supported access, but it cannot reliably remove a copy a recipient has already saved. Share accordingly.
What does Free include, and when would I need Plus?
Manual memory creation, manual memory sharing and private share links. Free is £0 with 5GB Memory Cloud. Plus is £7.99 per month with 50GB total, not an extra 50GB on top of Free. Reviewed Prepared Memory creation and 50GB total storage. Automatic sharing is not currently available. Check Pricing for the full current plan boundaries.
Which devices can I use?
Memory Temple is currently available for Android through the official Google Play listing. Check that listing for device compatibility. This page does not promise an iPhone, desktop or web app.
How are my media and information handled?
Automatic backup requires enabling it and granting device permissions. Check upload status and available storage. Supported private media views use access controls and time-limited signed links. AI features may process eligible context through external services; check their output. Read the published Privacy Policy for details.
